Four days a week, our Geniuses gather in a rhythm that honors the natural pace of childhood — a core day of learning, nature, and community, with optional afternoon enrichment for those who want more.

Our foundational daily rhythm — SEED circle, garden, exploration, shared meal, and the Mastermind Circle.
The Flow of Our Day
A gentle rhythm that grounds and inspires.
Arrival
Drop off begins, and children settle gently into the space and into the morning.
SEED — Morning Circle
We gather as one. A time to arrive in our bodies and with each other — to settle our nervous systems, connect, and set the tone for the day ahead.
Caring for Our Space & Preparing Our Shared Meal
We come together in the meaningful work of caring for our community. Together we prep for lunch — often cooking something nourishing as a group — and we sweep and wash dishes. Children gain responsibility, belonging, and the quiet pride of contributing to a space that is truly theirs.
The Garden
Hands in the soil. Children plant, tend, and harvest our garden, gaining a real relationship with the living world and with where their food comes from.
Free Exploration
Time to explore, imagine, and play. This is where curiosity leads, where children follow what lights them up, and where so much of their genius comes out to play.
Lunch
We share the meal we prepared together, and we slow down to nourish our bodies and enjoy each other's company.
Mastermind Circle
We end by dreaming together. We sing and share music, explore ideas, and imagine out loud. Children learn to support their friends in anchoring their own dreams, and they begin to discover how to build worlds together. It is our favorite way to send everyone home, full and inspired.
Core Day Ends
The core day closes and children head home, full and inspired.
Personalized Mentorship
Private Tutoring & Mentorship with Elasa
Private Tutoring and Mentorship with Elasa is an additional service available to students attending InGenius Academy, participating in our Friday Co-op, or simply feeling called to receive personalized one-on-one support. Elasa offers afternoon tutoring and mentorship hours designed around each student's unique needs, gifts, goals, and stage of development.
Sessions may include academic support, conscious reality creation, confidence building, skill development, entrepreneurship, service projects, creative ideas, inventions, business blueprints, and preparation for the next steps into adulthood. This individualized mentorship allows each student to receive focused guidance in the exact areas where they are ready to grow, create, and bring their genius into the world.
Eligible families may also use InGenius Academy in-house scholarship funds or approved Step Up For Students scholarship funds toward these services.
